Instructions for Avoiding Session Timeouts

I would like to draw your attention to a quick fix for a small technical problem some of our dealers have experienced.

The fix concerns the Web site that you use to display information about a lead before we transfer the caller to you. If you log in to this Web site and then your session is inactive for a long period, some dealers find that they must log in again when another call comes in.

By making this change, each user should be able to log in to our Web site at the start of their shift, and remain logged in the entire day and ready to receive telephone leads from Keyword.

This solution presumes that your Web browser is Internet Explorer. Please follow the instructions below.

Open Internet Explorer, and click on [Tools] -> [Internet Options]. On the first tab [General], click on [Settings].


In [Settings], please select [Every visit to the page]. Then click [OK].
